Purple Valentine’s Day #Nailart With Hearts: In today’s nail tutorial video I paint an elegant purple heart nail design using needle and dotting tool. First of all apply base coat to protect your natural nails. Apply pastel purple nail polish over the ring nail and don’t let it dry. With a big dotting tool put purple blobs over the wet base, then white ones on the top of them. Pull a needle through the blobs and make heart-like pattern. I apply purple glitter polish over the little nail – it needs at least two layers. The index and middle nails are purple. I put glitter dots over the purple nails.
