First apply base coat to protect your natural nails. Paint one of your nails black and don’t let it dry. Add 3 white dots to the wet base and paint 3 neon pink dots over them. With a needle shape the flower. Finish the design with small light green dots. Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
