#Black #Matte #Halloween #Nailart : In today’s nail art video I make my first Halloween nail design in this season. Firstly apply base coat to protect your natural nails. Paint your nails black and let them dry. Put two big white dots next to each other over each nail diagonally… let them dry. Choose some colors and put medium dots on the top of white ones… let them dry. Finally paint little black point over the colorful dots… The eyes are ready! At the end apply matte top coat.
