Hi everybody Today Iâm going to do a Line Art design. Iâm starting the design with two coats of Snow White and then using black polycolour paint – watered down – to draw out my design. Once thatâs dry Iâm going to do two coats of Ultra Matte Top Coat. You could leave it there or you can use Sharpies and Gel Residue Wipe Off Solution to make a watercolour effect and then finish with another layer of Top Coat.
